Football Transfer News: Juventus want Cristiano Ronaldo
The ongoing summer transfer has been exciting as clubs rebuild themselves and players switch homes. However, football megastar Cristiano Ronaldo has landed himself in a corner
Manchester United's inability to secure a spot in the Champions League and the dip in their performance last season has Ronaldo is wanting to leave Old Trafford. Let's take a look at all the latest updates.
Ronaldo will visit England and demand to leave
The Portuguese had joined United in the 2021-22 season and still has a year left in his contract. It means that his departure could be delayed, and none of the linked clubs (Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Atletico and Napoli) has placed any offers.
United is also unwilling to sell him, so going on loan somewhere for a season might provide a quick fix for the Portuguese, who is not interested in being a part of Erik ten Hag's club rebuilding strategy.
Juventus is eyeing players from Premier League
Juventus seem to be eyeing failed Premier League strikers, and as of now, they have their eyes set on Alvaro Morata. He has spent two years with Juventus on loan from Atletico Madrid, but reports suggest that the Spanish club have a high need for Morata.
As a result, Juventus wants to seek other options, which include Manchester United striker Anthony Martial and Chelsea Timo Werner.
The former will most likely stay back in Manchester United, and the team needs him, but Werner is available, probably on loan, as he has been complaining about his situation. Juventus also seem to be targeting Roberto Firmino.
