Nicholas Pooran's Early Life

Nicholas Pooran was born on 2 October 1995 in Couva, Trinidad, and Tobago. He did his education at Naparima College in San Fernando. He represented Trinidad and Tobago at various tournaments. He made his under 19 debuts at the age of 16.

Nicholas Pooran's International Career

He made his T20 International debut for the West Indies against Pakistan on 23rd September 2016. In April 2019, he was named to the West Indies's squad for the 2019 Cricket World cup. Seeing his good performance in T20 cricket, he was made the captain of the West Indies T20 team. He made his international ODI debut for West Indies against England on 20 February 2019.
