Star raider Pardeep, who recently replaced Nitesh Kumar as the skipper, performed his duties well. Kumar, however, is in patchy form. Under his guidance, the team won four out of nine matches.

They have failed to remain consistent, and Nitesh endured an underwhelming season. However, Pardeep is on a roll. He exuded the best of his abilities right from the start and picked up a few raids for the Thalaivas last evening.

Naveen Kumar opened Dabang Delhi K.C.'s attack, and the early trade-off became a neck-to-neck affair.

Both teams put on high walls around their defence, but the Yoddhas eventually cracked and edged past the opponents halfway into the first half.

Pardeep blitzed into the Dabang Delhi K.C. defence with a Super Raid, and the Yoddhas were five points clear. They were propelled ahead by Pardeep's threatening presence, and shortly after, the Yoddhas inflicted their first All-Out.

The Dubki King secured a Super ten within 15 minutes of the match. Rohit Tomar clinched a four-point raid, and the Yoddhas closed the first half with a lead of 15 points at 29-14.

Pardeep continued his exploits in the match's second half, increasing the pressure on the defending champions. The Yoddhas dominated the game and thwarted Naveen's efforts a few minutes into the latter half.

The Yoddhas defenders led the side to another All-Out and extended their lead. Pardeep continued to throw in raids and touched 20 point margin overshadowing Vijay Malik's Super 10 for Dabang Delhi K.C.

The Yoddhas secured an encapsulating victory, and the U.P. Yoddhas scored a half-century and registered a resounding victory.

Patna Pirates and  Tamil Thalaivas jump into a tie

On Wednesday, Patna Pirates and Tamil Thalaivaa held each other to a 33-33 tie. It has been reported that Thalaivas coach Ashan Kumar will lead India in the upcoming Asian Games.

Despite additional responsibilities, he has been a great coach for the Thalaivas. His team stopped the Pirates from overtaking their score. Narender supported the Thalaivas with 16 points, while Sachin kept the Pirates afloat with 14 points.

Five minutes in, the two sides levelled the score at 5-5. Shortly after, Thalaivas knocked Sachin out to gain a two-point lead. Pirates' all-rounder Mohammadreza Chiyaneh countered the attack.

At 7-7, he again tackled Ajinkya Pawar and Narender quickly as the Pirates inched ahead at 10-8 in the 12th minute. Ajinkya Pawar clinched a series of raid points to put the Thalaivas in the lead at 13-12 in the 18th minute.

Sachin then plucked a few raid points, and the three-time champions inflicted an All-Out and headed into the break with a 20-14 lead. Narender threw in a few raid points when the second half started, and the Pirates were in the lead at 23-17.

Narender took out Neeraj Kumar and Chiyaneh to reduce the deficit, but Sachin caught Himanshu Singh, ensuring that the Pirates led 27-22 in the 30th minute.

The Thalaivas inflicted an All-Out to level the score at 30-30. As a response, Rohit Gulia and Sachin effected raids to take a two-point lead.

The Thalaivas finally tackled Gulia and equalised the score at 33-33. The Pirates are currently three points clear of the Thalaivas at the sixth position.
