Smriti Mandhana's unbeaten 63-run knock of 42 balls helped India successfully chase a target of 100 runs and reach 102/2 in 11.4 overs.
Pakistan was initially bowled out for 99 in 18 overs, with Sneh Rana and Radha Yadav taking two wickets. Meanwhile, Muneeba Ali led the way with 32 runs off 30 balls.

According to a report, neither side's representatives have received their US visas yet, forcing CWI to implement a backup strategy.
The games were scheduled for August 6 and 7 at Central Broward Park in Lauderhill, Florida. Still, according to reports, many members of the Indian and West Indies squads have yet to receive their US travel documents.
"Having the games in the Caribbean is not improbable, but efforts are being made to resolve the visa issue," a West Indies cricket source was quoted as saying by the website.
"The players were supposed to be given their US travel documents in St Kitts, where the teams had arrived. However, there is a chance that the players will have to return to Trinidad for the visa documents and then to the US if they receive the all-clear."
