For Saturday's final, a crowd of 80,000 will gather at the Stade de France. The game starts at 9 pm in Paris with 20,000 supporters from each side who have purchased tickets to the game.

The final promises to be a befitting finale to the European season. Liverpool will attempt to win the second Champions League in four years after losing 1-3 in Kyiv to Real Madrid in 2018.

In 2018, Mohamed Salah was injured in the first quarter, while Gareth Bale scored twice for the Spanish giants.

Team lineup: Liverpool vs Real Madrid

In all likelihood, Liverpool's central midfielder Fabinho will be available to play. Thiago Alcantara, who was injured in the final matchday against Wolves, has returned to training and may also feature.

Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson are the club's best full-backs, while Alisson Becker is a permanent fixture.

The heart of the defense is, without a doubt, Virgil van Dijk. Ibrahima Konate has overshadowed Joel Matip in several of Liverpool's Champions League matches in the knockout stages.

Fit-again Fabinho returns to the deepest position of the park and will be partnered with Thiago and captain Jordan Henderson. They will likely get the nod over Naby Keita because of his experience.

Mohammed Salah, Sadio Mane, and Luis Diaz make up the attacking trident of Liverpool, with Diogo Jota and Roberto Firmino as options from the bench.

Liverpool-expected lineup: Alisson; Robertson, Henderson, Fabinho, Thiago; Salah, Mane, Diaz, Alexander-Arnold, Konate, van Dijk.

David Alaba is expected to be ready for the finale in France. Vinicius Junior's matchup with Trent Alexander-Arnold could determine the contest's outcome.

The Brazilian will usually line up on the left flank, with Federico Valverde lining up on the right side ahead of semifinal hero Rodrygo Goes. The No. 9 position is dominated by the club's leading goalscorer and talisman, Karim Benzema.

As for the rest of the squad, Luka Modric, Casemiro, and Toni Kroos form the midfield partnership.

Against the deadly duo of Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah, Daniel Carvajal and Ferland Mendy will have their work cut out for them.

To win against an in-form Sadio Mane, Eder Militao must perform at his very best.

Alaba should partner him, but if the Austrian is injured, Nacho Fernandez should step in to cover Thibaut Courtois in goal.

Real Madrid- expected lineup: Courtois; Kroos; Valverde, Benzema, Vinicius, Carvajal, Militao, Alaba, Mendy; Modric, Casemiro.
