Substitute Moise Kean thrashed a late winner to clinch a 2-1 comeback win, which has now shifted fourth-placed Juve to one point behind Napoli in third. Juventus now have 66 points from 34 matches and is eight points ahead of Roma.

    Juventus Assert Power Over Sassuolo

The hosts dominated the initial minutes taking an early lead when Italy forward Giacomo Raspadori sent the Wojciech Szczesny at his near post in the 38th minute. However, the visitors fought back and made determined attempts to curate goal moments. Finally, they equalized the score thanks to Argentine striker Paulo Dybala, who converted from inside the area.

Alvaro Morata was sure about finishing the comeback early in the second half, but his header couldn't get past Andrea Consigli. The goalkeeper finally let one through his legs as Kean secured a winner two minutes later. Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri told reporters "The team has grown a lot, but we have to manage games better. I don't think about changing a lot of players, but we will need one or two players (signings). The team is having a good season. There is a bit of tiredness, but I thank the guys. Now we have a good advantage over the fifth spot, we are one point behind Napoli, and we have to keep working"

Sassuolo Fail to Secure Another Win Against Juventus

Mid-table Sassuolo, who has 46 points and is in the tenth position, want to challenge Juve in Emilia-Romagna. Their climb to the top was sabotaged by Szczesny, who executed fine saves to deny Domenico Berardi and Raspadori. Sassuolo manager Alessio Dionisi has received bigger job offers this week as he aimed for his second win over Juve this season. With his usual 4-2-3-1 setup, he went to war with Andrea Consigli in goal.

Mert Muldur, Vlad Chiriches, Kaan Ayhan, and Giorgios Kyriakopoulos were responsible for the defence. Maxime Lopez and Davide Frattesi comprised the double pivot in midfield, followed by Domenico Berardi, Raspadori, and Hamad Junior Traore forming the attacking lineup behind Gianluca Scamacca. Likewise, their first goal was fired through Raspadori and went past Szczesny at his near post from a tight angle.

Juve's response arrived as Dybala, who has confirmed his departure at the end of the season, shot his ninth league goal of the campaign. They picked up more pace in the second half, with Consigli fighting hard before Moise Kean was sent off the bench to curate a brilliant finish.
