Julian Nagelsmann focused on Bayern Munich's match against Gladbach and three points
Bayern Munich's manager Julian Nagelsmann is well aware of the club's past disappointments against Borussia Monchengladbach.
Despite the underwhelming form of Die Fohlen, Nagelsmann wants his team to focus on the upcoming match at Borussia-Park and securing three points.
"It's important that they don't get back on track against us. But I'm not thinking about that. I've got enough to think about in my team," Nagelsmann said.
Looking back at Bayern Munich's 1-1 draw with Gladbach on Match Day 4, Nagelsmann noted that the team played well, but made a mistake and conceded. He added, "There are no specific reasons for that."
As for injuries and competition for positions, Nagelsmann said, "We have good competition for positions. King is still a doubt for tomorrow... I assume that Serge (Gnabry) will play tomorrow." He also confirmed that Dayot Upamecano and Josh Kimmich will be available for the match.
Regarding goalkeeper Yann Sommer, who will face his former club for the first time, Nagelsmann expressed his satisfaction, saying, "I'm very happy with him. Saturday is a special game for him against his former club. But he will handle it well and have a good game."
The match against Gladbach is a crucial one for Bayern, and Nagelsmann's focus is on securing three points.
