Football Transfer News: Ronaldo's last chance to exit the club, Borussia might be interested
Cristiano Ronaldo seems to have run out of options because of the lack of interest shown by other clubs. He might now be forced to follow through with the remaining period of the two-year contract he signed with Manchester United a year ago
His efforts to leave Old Trafford have been futile, and multiple clubs have pulled out of a possible bid due to many issues, mostly related to wage and tactical problems.
Sporting Lisbon is rumoured to be invested, but Ronaldo hopes to go to Borussia Dortmund.
Their reputation in the Champions League and their records in the top European league is lucrative enough for Ronaldo, who is open to a reduction in wage if he could join Dortmund.
He was willing to accept a 30% pay cut if it meant he could leave the club. Jorge Mendes is contemplating new ideas, and Dortmund can't decide between a permanent transfer or loan if they proceed any further.
Amad Diallo might leave
Although the news remains unpopular compared to the chaos surrounding Ronaldo, Manchester United forward, Amad Diallo might be looking at a probable exit from the club.
The 20-year-old joined for an initial agreement of £19million, which rose to £37.2million in January 2021. However, he made just eight first-team appearances which have coaxed him into thinking about a transfer.
His stint at the Rangers was average, and Diallo is anticipating a move to another of Europe's top five leagues. Among them, the French side Nice might strike a deal if they fail to set up a deal for Arsenal winger Nicolas Pepe.
As of now, Diallo is not a key player in Erik ten Hag's system, which is why clubs like Blackpool and Sunderland are reportedly considering a deal.
Bruno might be on Real's list
As Manchester United welcomes Casemiro. However, it could be a burden or new problem for Real Madrid.
They had landed Aurelien Tchouameni from Monaco a few months ago, which could ease the matter. It is believed that Casemiro has to be replaced by a new starting midfielder.
As a consequence, they might consider signing Bruno Guimaraes, who is rumoured to be their top target as of now. The club can expect to meet obstacles due to his current team, Newcastle's reliance on him.
Newcastle bought Guimaraes for £35million, and he is their best player. The Magpies are owned by the richest in the world of football, so it is arguable whether they would sell the player even for a high fee.
