Football Transfer News: Edison Cavani to Valencia,Martin Dubravka for Manchester United
With hardly any time left in the closure of the summer transfer window, there is a lot of commotion among the clubs and the players trying to finalize their strategy for the ongoing season
Edison Cavani left Manchester United as a free agent this year after his contract and rejected many clubs before finalizing one, Valencia. Reports say that his transfer to Valencia shall be completed in the next 24 hours.
Reportedly, he has agreed on a verbal contract of 2 years with the La Liga club. Once the transfer is complete, both Cavani, who was without a club since he exited Old Trafford and Valencia, bidding for a brilliant striker, will find a perfect match.
Meanwhile, Manchester United is also on fire these days. Their back-to-back victories are also pretty active on the transfer front. On the one hand, they are negotiating with Antony; on the other, they are also trying to strike a deal with Newcastle for Martin Dubravka.
Reportedly, Red Devils have almost finalized a deal with Newcastle to take Dubravka on loan for the season and then an option to buy him for £ 5 million.
In the meantime, Wolves have been eyeing the Austrian striker, Sasa Kalajdzic. Reports say that the deal between Wolves and Stuttgart for Sasa is final, and the Wolves have agreed on a price of £15.4m plus bonuses for him.
Austria's striker, Sasa Kalajdzic, has been on Wolves' radar for weeks now, and with the reports of their deal being closed, Wolves have gained a spare forward to fight Raul Jimenez.
Reports also say that Fulham has been negotiating with Paris Saint Germaine for the French defender, Layvin Kurzawa. Though the news of the final transfer is not out yet, reports show that Marco Silva has given his approval for Kurzawa, and PSG is also looking forward to getting rid of him as he doesn't fit into its plans.
With the transfer window closing in four days, it is expected to receive a formal announcement from Fulham about Layvin's successful transfer.
