In the Piers Morgan interview, Cristiano Ronaldo was probed about the conversation, and the superstar refuted that he encouraged Tom Brady to come out of retirement.

"Psychology, see. I'm a good psychologist," Cristiano Ronaldo initially joked after being asked about his famous conversation with Tom Brady. "I think he took the decision a few weeks before but it was good. … He's a very, very smart guy, he knows a lot about fútbol. We had a nice conversation."

What might have been a story for the ages if it had lived up to people's expectations appears to have come to a close as Cristiano Ronaldo tells Piers Morgan that he believes Tom Brady made his decision before his trip to England.

Despite Cristiano Ronaldo's admission, the two all-time greats will forever be linked by their friendship and the dominant streaks that defined their respective careers.

According to CR7, Tom Brady's involvement on that night may have provided Cristiano Ronaldo with the necessary "good energy" to score his hat-trick. Piers Morgan stated to Cristiano Ronaldo that it was due to the presence of "another GOAT" at the game, which also got Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo's harsh criticism of Manchester United's management is one of the main reasons behind the Piers Morgan interview's success.

Manchester United has taken what they feel are the necessary measures in light of the same.
