Bundesliga news: Manuel Neuer back in Bayern Munich training after skiing injury
Manuel Neuer has started training with Bayern Munich again after recovering from injury.
Following a six-month absence due to a skiing injury, Bayern Munich's veteran goalkeeper Manuel Neuer has resumed training.
Neuer sustained the injury while skiing in Italy after Germany was eliminated from the World Cup group stage in Qatar.
His tibia and fibula were injured, causing him to miss a significant portion of the season.
Since January, the team has relied on Yann Sommer, who was signed during the winter transfer window, to man the goal.
As the Bundesliga season comes to a close, the 36-year-old Neuer is determined to regain full fitness.
With Sommer currently occupying his position, Neuer aims to participate in a few matches and prepare for the upcoming campaign.
