Bundesliga news: Injury woes haunt Bayern Munich ahead of Wolfsburg showdown
Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann has given a team update ahead of their crucial Bundesliga match against Wolfsburg this Sunday.
Four key players were missing from Friday's training session.
"Ryan Gravenberch is nursing a 'Bruised Knee', nothing too serious, just a matter of pain management," said Nagelsmann.
However, not all news was good as Josip Stanisic has been ruled out with a "Tendon Problem".
On the other hand, both Dayot Upamecano and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting are expected to be available for selection.
"Dayot is being treated for a toe problem, but will train normally tomorrow and be available for the game," said Nagelsmann.
"Choupo had a 'Stomach Problem' and didn't sleep well, but I think he will be available. He was at the doctor's today, but I haven't heard anything too bad," added Nagelsmann.
Fans will have to wait and see if these absentees will have any impact on Bayern's chances against Wolfsburg.
