What to expect from Call Of Duty: Warzone season 3 updates

In what promises to be an epic battle in the Pacific, King Kong and Godzilla will also be included in the latest version.

Both games, Vanguard and Warzone, will launch into Season 3 after a successful Season 2. This included a mid-season overhaul for the Rebirth Island map.

The new season features include map changes in Caldera in Warzone, multiplayer maps to Vanguard, and a cross-game Battle Pass with new Operators, weapons, and other goodies.

The latest season will simultaneously launch on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, and PC. It is also available for cross-play on all platforms.

New Launches in Warzone season 3

Warzone Season 3 was also released across all core pillars of Call of Duty: Vanguard. There is plenty of content for multiplayer and zombie modes.

Warzone Season 3 is known as 'Classified Arms', and it introduces new weaponry to support that name.

Mateo Hernandez is the new Warzone operator. You can get him instantly by purchasing the battle pass. You get two elite skins when you are buying the battle pass. 

You can unlock two more by completing the Warzone season 3 Battle Pass Tiers, including two quips and a finishing move.

Maps of Warzone, especially Caldera, will undergo some changes. These include:

Monarch Dig Site: A site used for mining operations that were abandoned after discovering massive skeletal fossils. It is located between Ruins and Mine.

A new Peak: The Peak has been fortified with all buildings painted and finished with Monarch logos. However, it still has a great view of the surrounding areas.

Runway: The runway has been modified to remove the jungle brush. Runway now has hangars, barracks and decommissioned aircraft for cover. If you'd like to look closer, watchtowers and tall structures are also available.

Lagoon has additional features - The tides have changed and revealed a new sandy bar that will allow you to get to Lighthouse from anywhere without a bridge. You have some protection with moored vessels.

New Gulag is located in the belly of one of the ships at the new sandbar of Lagoon. It's a last-chance arena. You'll be fighting for your shot at the map between barrels and a few hallways.

King Kong and Godzilla in Warzone season 3 

Nebula bombs have been exploding all around Caldera and have unleashed some familiar giant-sized creatures on the loose. King Kong and Godzilla have been making their mark on Caldera Island, leaving their footprints.

Operation Monarch will be its event. Many clues are available 

 around the globe, including strange cave paintings and an "otherworldly" axe.

King Kong and Godzilla will both be heading to Caldera for Season 3. However, Operation Monarch, the special monster event that kicks off the season, won't start until May 11th.
