Snoop Dogg quits FaZe Clan
After just a year of being on the board, Snoop Dogg has resigned from FaZe Clan.
The esports organisation broke the news to Variety in a statement this week. While the rapper - real name Calvin Broadus Jnr. - will continue to collaborate with FaZe Clan, he has quit his role on the Board of Directors.
"Mr Broadus's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any of its subsidiaries," the statement noted.
"Our relationship with Snoop remains positive as we will continue a multi-year collaboration agreement between Snoop and FaZe. The FaZe Holdings Inc. Board of Directors will continue with 9 members. Please visit our website at investors.fazeclan.com for more information."
The move comes as FaZe Clan's stock continues to plummet after transitioning to a publically traded company.
