MOUZ and Fnatic reportedly chasing OG's AWPer degster prior to CS2 launch
MOUZ and Fnatic are reportedly interested in signing Russian CS:GO AWPer Abdulkhalik 'degster' Gasanov.
Degster was recently benched by his current team, OG, on June 20, leaving only Maciej 'F1KU' Miklas, indicating a possible move to another European team.
Both MOUZ and Fnatic are reportedly making changes in preparation for the upcoming Counter-Strike 2 launch this summer.
MOUZ is looking to acquire Kamil 'siuhy' Szkaradek, who impressed during the BLAST.tv Paris Major as an in-game leader for GamerLegion.
Siuhy would potentially replace Christopher 'dexter' Nong in MOUZ's line-up.
Fnatic are also expected to fill slots in their CS2 roster, with Dion 'FASHR' Derksen rumoured to be part of OG's rebuild, while AWPer Nico 'nicoodoz' Tamjidi is reportedly leaving the team.
If degster joins either MOUZ or Fnatic, he would likely replace nicoodoz in Fnatic and potentially take torzsi's spot in MOUZ.
Degster's departure from OG would mark the end of his one-year stint with the team, during which he achieved a 1.15 rating in the past 12 months, as per HLTV.
Teams are currently reshuffling their line-ups during the player break to strengthen their rosters ahead of the anticipated release of CS2, set for this summer without a confirmed date.
