Cloud9 stars Zven and Fudge believe they can do more as League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) players to help the competition grow and improve.

The LCS has been on the decline in recent years, with North American teams struggling to compete with their European and Asian rivals.

"It's time for a lot of people to do more effort into, you know, making the LCS more attractive to fans and to viewers," said Zven, as quoted by DotEsports.

In terms of viewership, the LCS has also seen a drop off recently, and Fudge conceded that he can do more to help grow the brand again.

"I feel a little bit guilty cause I do feel like I should be like streaming and trying to build my brand way more, but I'm kinda lazy to be honest," said Fudge.

"A lot of players just simply don't care. And I care, but I don't care enough... to which I need to, to actually help the league."
