Rajasthan Royals issue heartfelt farewell message to Jofra Archer
It has been revealed that Jofra Archer will not be a part of the Indian Premier League team Rajasthan Royals for the season 2022.

The Royals left him a farewell note written by owner Manoj Badale, which Jofra Archer shared on Instagram stories.
The text states, “As with many new beginnings in life, they are generally accompanied by some difficult times. With the start of a new IPL season, all of us at the Royals were faced with some painful decisions, including saying goodbye to some of our own players.“
Rajasthan Farewell Note
The letter is a heartfelt disclosure of how much the team and key players meant for Manoj Badale, especially the players.
He further said, "We’ve created Royals around ideals that make us more than simply a cricket team, and we’re grateful that you and your family have been such a huge part of the ‘Royals Family."
The Rajasthan Royals continued to pour out their admiration for the pacer and his unforgettable time in the squad.
Rajasthan Royal said, "It’s been an exemplary ride, seeing you grow from a fearsome pace sensation to one of the finest all-format bowlers in the world winning the World Cup for England.
"Everyone at the Rajasthan Royal is glad to have been a part of that transformation journey, seeing you go from strength to strength, conquering the world in the process."
"It was an exhilarating experience to see you bowl each delivery at that pace, keeping not only the batsman but also the crowd on their toes.” The heartfelt message to the sensational seamer is a clear indication of how the team was not emotionally ready to leave him just yet. “As your first IPL family, we will always cherish the memories you and your family created in the pink and blue, and we want you to know that your name will forever be engraved in our history, as we hope ours will be in yours.” The closing sentence said, “We will miss your talent but we will miss ‘you’ even more.”
Mumbai Indians Gain
Meanwhile, the Mumbai Indians believe in Jofra's potential and plan to pair him up with exceptional pacer Jasprit Bumrah. Jofra Archer terms it as "starting a new chapter" in his cricketing career.
In his words, "I am super excited to be joining the Mumbai Indians.
"It has been a franchise that was really close to my heart and I always wanted to play for them as long as I could have remembered watching IPL cricket."
He further added, "I am so glad that I have finally got the opportunity to represent such an amazing franchise. I am also going to get a chance to play with some of the biggest stars in the world.
"So I am really looking forward to starting a new chapter. See you guys soon."
