The hosts are trailing by 80 runs. Earlier, Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer shone with the bat for India, scoring 93 and 87 runs, respectively.
On Day 1, India had bowled out Bangladesh for 227 after the hosts elected to bat in Mirpur.
For India, Umesh Yadav and Ravichandran Ashwin took four wickets each, while Jaydev Unadkat took two wickets on his return to the team after a 12-year break.
