Funny moments in IPL 

In cricket history, there have been laugh-out-loud moments that have lightened the game's mood. The game has gotten much more competitive, and these laugh-out-loud moments are enjoyable for the players and the audience. But, of course, a little fun moment does not harm anybody. After all, everyone loves a good laugh. So, here are some of the hilarious moments in the Indian Premier League that made everyone laugh out of their seats.

Hunt for the lost bowl!

In the match between RCB and KXIP (now Punjab Kings), a hilarious moment made everyone nostalgic for their times in street cricket and gully cricket. The play was halted for a few minutes after a strategic time-out as the ball went missing, and nobody on the ground had any idea where the ball went. After the timeout, KXIP bowler Ankit Rajpoot was getting ready to bowl the over and asked his teammates to pass the ball. What happened next left everyone in splits. His teammates, umpire, and everyone were as clueless about the ball as he. After some discussion, the fourth umpire had to rush onto the field, offering a new ball. The television replay showed that umpire Shamshuddin had kept the ball in his pocket and completely forgotten about it. Though it was complete chaos, it is also a funny moment to recall. 

Taped Kieron Pollard!

During the clash between RCB and MI in the 8th season of IPL, things got entirely heated up between the two West Indian beasts, Kieron Pollard and Chris Gayle, and what the umpire did next left everyone in laughter. As RCB was chasing the massive 210-run target, the Mumbai Indians all-rounder Kieron Pollard tried to get under Chris Gayle's skin. Things seemed to get heated up, and the on-field umpire warned Kieron Pollard to maintain considerable distance. It was all usual until the next over. Responding to the warning, an annoyed Pollard put a tape on his mouth. If he talked to any of his teammates, he peeled one edge of the tape and stuck it back. Pollard showed his displeasure towards the on-field umpires by this act. However, everyone witnessing this and the commentators enjoyed the on-field drama. When later asked about this behavior, Pollard said it was all just funny between the two West Indian heroes.

Gayle-Yuvraj's friendly chase!

A hilarious incident happened in the 2015 edition of IPL, which showed everyone the close bond of Yuvraj Singh and Chris Gayle. Delhi Daredevils were locking horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore. As the rain started, all the players began to leave the ground to save themselves from getting wet. On his way back to the pavilion, the former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh who was playing for Delhi pushed Chris Gayle in a friendly manner. The West Indies' power-hitter reacted instantaneously by chasing Yuvraj with his bat. It looked like Gayle would hit Yuvraj at any moment, although it was just fun. The two used to be RCB teammates earlier and share a good relationship. The disappointed crowd was delighted to see the two great stars' friendship.

DJ Bravo teasing Kieron Pollard!

Kieron Pollard, along with his exceptional power-hitting, is known for his drama on the field. However, his West Indies teammate Dwayne Bravo took the lead this time. In the IPL 2018 season of IPL, Bravo was playing for Chennai Super Kings, and Pollard was representing Mumbai Indians. Bravo took the vital wicket in one of the matches by dismissing Pollard. When Pollard was walking back to the pavilion, Bravo came in front of him and started teasing him. Pollard reacted with a smile. Post the match, both were together for interviews. Bravo was dancing and teasing Pollard when the famous song, 'DJ Bravo', began. Set Bravo's mood. He started his signature steps. Thanks to his dancing, Pollard was out off the stage eventually. Finally, Pollard reacted by giving his colleague a little push.
