    Hampshire Hawks vs Kent Spitfires

Hampshire Hawks skipper James Vince scored his third T20 century to put on a massive score of 221 after being asked to bat first. James Vince partnered with Tom Prest, who chipped in handy as he fetched 37-ball 52 as four of the top-five batters got among the runs. They posted 221/3 at the end of 20 overs as apart from Grant Stewarts' two wickets and a wicket for Qais Ahmad, all others were thrashed for runs by Hampshire's batters.

In response to the huge target, Kent Spitfires lost two early wickets from which they found hard to recover. Joe Denly tried keeping them in the chase with his 37-ball 49, followed by Alex Blake's 44 off 26, but eventually, the target was too large to chase down. The team lingered at 167/8 in 20 overs.

With this win, the Hampshire hawks climbed into the top four, whereas it's the seventh defeat for the reigning champions in the ongoing season.

    Surrey vs Middlesex

An all-round performance from Sunil Narine gave Surrey a seven-wicket win over London rivals Middlesex to march towards the quarter-finals.

Being told to bat first, visitors lost wickets regularly as their total of 155 never looked difficult for table-topper Surrey to chase down. Sunil Narine and Chris Jordan took two-wicket each as they walked down the middle-order with their stunning bowling display. Luke Hollman scored 31 as the highest individual score for Middlesex, followed by 25s from skipper Stephen Eskinazi and John Simpson.

In response to the target, Will Jacks gave a good start scoring 43 off 20 before losing his wicket to Luke Hollman. A fourth wicket stand of 73 runs between Ollie Pope and Sunil Narine cruised Surrey to the win. Ollie Pope finished unbeaten on 37, whereas Sunil Narine amassed 51 off 29, consisting of 6 maximums and two boundaries. The powerful strikers chased down the target of 159 in 15.1 overs with seven wickets remainings.
