1. India vs South Africa T20I, 2 October 2015- 138 runs
On October 2, 2015, during a T20I match against South Africa, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma formed yet another outstanding partnership. Virat Kohli entered the crease after Shikhar Dhawan lost his wicket at 3 runs.
He managed a 138-run partnership with Rohit Sharma. After Kohli's dismissal in the 15th over, the partnership came to an end. Sharma scored 106 runs off 66 deliveries while Virat Kohli scored 43 runs off 27 balls. India finished the match with a total of 199-5 in 20 overs but was defeated by 7 wickets.
2. India vs West Indies T20I, 23 March 2014- 106 runs
In the encounter against West Indies at the ICC T20 World Cup 2014, Rohit Sharma and Virat forged a strong combination. West Indies batted first in the game and finished with a first-inning total of 129-7. The innings started off with Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Dhawan was, however, written off as a duck.

3. India vs West Indies ODI, 21 October 2018- 246 runs
This was another outstanding partnership between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. The first team to bat, West Indies, amassed a staggering 322-8 in 50 overs. With Virat and Rohit Sharma working together, India was able to win with ease.
Virat and Rohit Sharma shared 246 runs for the second wicket after Shikhar Dhawan was dismissed for only 4 runs. Virat Kohli scored 140 runs while Rohit Sharma maintained an undefeated record at 152. India easily defeated the opposition by 8 wickets in 42.1 overs.
